Once again, a major conspiracy of terrorists in Kashmir fails, security forces make IED inactive.

Security forces have once again foiled a major terrorist attack in Kashmir. Due to the vigilance of the security forces, the plot of terrorists’ IED blast has been foiled once again.

Security forces say that the terrorists had planted the bomb explosive material in a container with a capacity of 10 liters. If this attack succeeds, it would harm the lives of the security forces as well as the people living in the vicinity.

According to information received from the police, the security forces in Panzgam village of South Kashmir on the basis of a specific input detected an IED near the road leading to the railway road.

Detecting the explosive material, the military bomb disposal squad took it to a safe place and neutralized it. The joint team of Avantipora Police, Army’s 55 RR, and 185 BN CRPF have made the operation a success.

The security forces had already received information about the terrorists having planted IEDs in the Panjgam area. On the basis of the information, the security forces cordoned the area and started searching for IEDs.

Security forces found a suspicious container near the road. The 10-liter capacity container had an Improvised Explosive Device (IED). The bomb disposal squad of the army was called as soon as the explosive was detected.

The movement of vehicles on the road was stopped and then the explosive was neutralized in a very safe manner.

The IGP of Jammu and Kashmir Police once again congratulated the police and security forces, saying that today due to their vigilance, once again the big conspiracy of terrorists has been thwarted.

He also said that the search of suspects in the surrounding areas has also been started.

The IGP said that the IED has become a major threat to the security forces in Kashmir. Especially in the south of Kashmir where many terrorists are active.

They are prone to such attacks. But the police, army, and CRPF are always ready to deal with this threat. Full care is also being taken.

Let us tell you that on February 16 this year, terrorists also blasted an IED using a remote control device near the CRPF patrol in the Pajalpora area of ​​Bijbihara. Fortunately, no one was injured in this attack.

On the other hand, the Director-General of Police after visiting two sensitive districts of South Kashmir has directed the officials not to spare those who wish to create unrest in the Valley.
