Udaipur Murder Case: NIA remanded 3 out of 7 accused, 4 were sent to jail.

Out of the 7 accused arrested in the Udaipur Murder Case, the court has again handed over the remand to the NIA. While the remaining 4 accused have been sent to jail.

The NIA produced them again in the Baparda court on Tuesday after the remand period of the seven arrested accused was over.

The NIA sought the remand of Farhad Mohammad Sheikh alias Babla along with both the main accused Mohammad Ghaus and Riyaz Attari in the court.

It was told by the NIA in the court that the matter is yet to be investigated from many angles. For this, further interrogation of these three accused is necessary.

In such a situation, they should be handed over on remand. On this, the court handed over the three accused on remand to the NIA till July 16.

NIA Special Public Prosecutor TP Sharma said that out of the 7 arrested accused, the remand of 4 was not sought by the NIA.

The interrogation of these accused has been completed. In such a situation, the court has ordered to send Mohsin Khan alias Bhai, Asif Hussain, Mohammad Mohsin, and Wasim Ali to judicial custody.

The arrest of these four accused was done after interrogation of both the main accused. All of them are accused of being involved in the conspiracy.

After this incident of murder, there was outrage across the country.

In fact, Taylor Kanhaiyalal Sahu, who posted in support of the then BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma, was brutally murdered at his shop on June 28.

After carrying out the incident, both the accused Mohammad Ghaus and Riyaz Attari also made the video of the murder viral on social media.

The incident had sparked outrage across the country. Netbandi was implemented by imposing section 144 across the state so that religious hysteria did not spread in the state.

Normal life started in Udaipur.

A few hours after the incident, the police arrested both the main accused Mohammad Ghaus and Riyaz Attari.

But in protest against the incident, various social organizations in different cities of the state closed and took out silent processions and protested.

A full-time curfew was imposed in Udaipur city for several days.

Later gradually the phase-wise curfew started to be relaxed. Now life has started returning to normal in Udaipur. But the night curfew is still going on there.
