Valmiki Jayanti 2020: Prime Minister Narendra Modi wishes the countrymen on Valmiki Jayanti.

This year, Valmiki Jayanti 2020 is being celebrated across the country today, 31 October. Every year Valmiki Jayanti celebrates the full moon of Ashwin month.

On this occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated the countrymen. He tweeted and wrote that he wishes everyone on Valmiki Jayanti.

He wrote in a tweet, “His ideal ideas based on social harmony, equality and justice will always inspire the countrymen.”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also shared a video with the tweet. In which he is saying, I bow to Maharishi Valmiki. On this auspicious occasion, I extend my heartiest wishes to the countrymen.

Crores of people have been influenced by the thoughts of Maharishi Valmiki. He is great hope for millions of crores of poor and Dalits and instills hope and confidence in him.

Modi said that Maharishi says that if any man’s will power is with him, then he can do many things very easily.

Valmiki Jayanti is celebrated as the birthday of Maharishi Valmiki, the author of the epic Ramayana. Many special events are organized every year on Valmiki Jayanti.

Valmiki’s tableaux are also taken out in many parts of the country, though tableaux will not be removed this year due to Corona.

According to media reports, there is no clear evidence as yet about the birth of Maharishi Valmiki, but he is said to have been born to Maharishi Kashyap and Aditi’s ninth son Varun and his wife Charsini.

It is said that Maharishi Valmiki composed the first verse.

According to mythology, when Sri Rama had sacrificed Mata Sita, during that time she lived in Valmiki Ashram for many years. Mother Sita is said to have given birth to Luv and Kush. Therefore Mata Sita is also called Van Devi.
