Lashkar Terrorists Were Involved In Darbhanga Blast

Lashkar terrorists were involved in the Darbhanga railway station blast, NIA disclosed in charge sheet.

The National Investigation Agency on Thursday filed a charge sheet against five people involved in the Darbhanga railway station blast.

In the charge sheet, the NIA revealed that Hafiz Iqbal, a Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist, is the main accused in the Darbhanga railway station IED blast in June this year.

Hafiz Iqbal was leading the entire incident. Hafiz Iqbal is currently living in Lahore, Pakistan.

Four accused arrested from Hyderabad.

Let us tell you that in June 2021, there was an IED blast at Darbhanga railway station.

The investigation of this attack was handed over to the NIA. Hafiz Iqbal alias Kana was handling the entire conspiracy from Pakistan.

According to the charge sheet, Mohammad Nasir Khan and his brother Imran Malik, arrested in connection with the blast, are involved.

Both these accused are residents of the Kairana area of ​​Shamli in Uttar Pradesh.

Along with this, Salim Ahmed alias Haji Salim and Kafil Ahmed, residents of Kairana, were also involved in the plot of the blast. NIA had arrested all the accused from Hyderabad.

According to the charge sheet, the two brothers, Mohammad Nasir Khan and Imran Malik had illegally placed the improvised explosive device in a cloth parcel using local chemicals.

It was kept in the Secunderabad-Darbhanga Express at night. All these four accused were living in Hyderabad.

On Thursday, the NIA appeared in a special court in Bihar in connection with the Darbhanga blast.

Charge sheets have been filed against the accused under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPSE) and Explosive Substances Act, Anti-Unlawful Activities Act.

The case of the blast at Darbhanga railway station on June 17 was first registered at Darbhanga police station itself, but later the NIA was ordered to investigate the matter.

The plan was to blow up the entire train.

The charge sheet also revealed that Lashkar terrorists had planned to blow up the entire train by planting incendiary IEDs and parcel bombs on the train.

Due to which thousands of lives and property could have been damaged. It was also mentioned in the charge sheet that accused Nasir Khan had gone to Pakistan.

Nasir Khan took training in handling arms and ammunition and making IEDs in Pakistan. For this, he was also funded by terrorist organizations of Pakistan.

After the attack, Pakistani terrorist organizations had also planned to send the accused abroad through Nepal, but before that, they were nabbed by the NIA.
